With each and every assignment, we start with a blank canvas and listen to the client's needs in order to inform our research – the bedrock of quality headhunting. Our highly specialised research team then applies its deep understanding of quantitative methodologies to explore exhaustively the candidate market and unearth candidates who would be missed by an over-reliance on conventional techniques.
