Surrey Heartlands is a leading and influential Integrated Care System (ICS) which has been at the forefront of health and care integration since its inception in 2017.

Following a long period of stable leadership, we are now looking for a new CEO to lead the ICS on the next part of our journey.

You will be deeply committed to the integration agenda and have a natural ability to engage influence and collaborate with multiple and varied stakeholders including our partners, residents, communities and staff to continue our shared purpose towards improving the health and wellbeing of our population.

You will be committed to delivering our vision and in quickly gaining credibility with our wide range of stakeholders, to support the continued delivery of integrated working and transformational change in a complex and dynamic public sector environment, and across organisational boundaries. You will be a credible leader, capable of leading the health and care system through this period of significant financial challenge and in driving forward an ambitious sustainability plan at both system and Integrated Care Board (ICB) level.

Working closely with the Chair of the Integrated Care Partnership and the CEO of Surrey County Council, you will provide strategic leadership across our health and care system and be instrumental in continuing to drive the Surrey Heartlands journey and delivery of our ICS strategy including the four ICS priorities: improving outcomes in population health and healthcare; tackling inequalities in outcomes; experience and access; enhancing productivity and value for money; and helping the NHS support broader social and economic development.
