We are looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to join our business. The role is focused around running a best-in-class Compliance function. The position will report to the Head of Governance & Business Delivery. This role is crucial in ensuring our Consultants deliver a compliant and efficient front-line service, while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the compliance team and supporting the smooth growth of all business units.

Key activities include:
- Day-to-day management of Compliance Managers, including providing mentorship and up skilling the team.
- Subject Matter Expert in compliance requirements across Interim, Executive Search, Permanent, Life Sciences, and Consultancy services, with expertise spanning both Private and Public Sector clients.
- Stay informed of legislative updates and changes, ensuring any necessary adjustments are implemented within team processes and across the wider business.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for any compliance and placement matters, overseeing approvals and collaborating closelywith the Pay & Bill and Finance teams.
- Lead on monthly Management Information reports across all frameworks, in collaboration with Finance & Business Analyst.
- Lead internal quarterly audits on Compliance function performance, as well as manage any external audits.
- Work closely with the L&D team to identify and address training needs, assisting with the delivery of training to the Compliance team and Consultants.
Systems Management:
- Maintain and take ownership of the CRM system and the Compliance & Onboarding platform for theCompliance function, including contract generation tools and any other related systems.
- Collaborate with the Head of Business Delivery & Governance on any legislative or system changes required to keep the business up to date.
- Run periodic reports on Compliance function and other business units’ performance as required.
