Our Director of Capital Development is a key member of the Estates and Facilities senior leadership team and will be pivotal in achieving our estate development priorities. The incumbent will successfully manage the capital portfolio inclusive of strategic estates planning, capital delivery, space and design standards. You will be responsible for growing in-house capacity for the capital development team and ensure that the estate development priorities match the Trust’s strategy and its financial capacity.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and delivering our spaces and services. The ideal candidate will have a demonstratable track record in delivering highly complex capital projects with extensive knowledge of estates, property management and property construction. You will have an ability to develop effective relationships at an executive level and with a wide range of external stakeholders, and influence, inspire and unify those along the journey. You will be a collaborative, respectful and aspiration leader with strong emotional intelligence and high integrity.
