We are looking for an outstanding Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities to support the development of an ambitious NHS organisation working within a group model to deliver outstanding and sustainable care for their communities.
As Deputy Director of Estates, Facilities and PFI, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across both organisations, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient and high-performing estates and facilities services. This role offers the chance to, alongside the Director of Estates and Facilities, develop and implement the new Estate Strategy, setting the course for the next five years, and planning for hand-back.

You will combine strategic and commercial awareness with innovation, in order to delivery in line with the Group Strategy and service user needs. Above all, you will hold a commitment to safe, sustainable and patient-centred environments that support the future of healthcare delivery.
