Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and serving as a voting member of the Board, the successful candidate will provide professional leadership across nursing, midwifery, allied health professions and scientific services while shaping the future quality, safety and experience of care for the diverse communities the Trust serves.

With more than 8,000 colleagues, significant quality improvements in recent years, a new clinical strategy, and the implementation of Epic in 2027, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact across one of London’s most ambitious NHS organisations.
