With a rich history of providing exceptional healthcare services, BHRUT is renowned for its commitment to patient care, innovation, and clinical excellence. Our Trust is home to over 9,000 dedicated staff members who work tirelessly to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and dynamic clinical leader with a proven track record in general paediatrics, paediatric emergency medicine or neonatology. You will possess strong strategic vision and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with staff, patients, and external stakeholders. A commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for delivering the highest standards of care are essential for this role.
