Kathryn joined Hunter in August 2024 as a Compliance Manager. Since 2001, Kathryn has worked in some of the UK’s largest recruitment firms incorporating exec search, public sector and healthcare recruitment.
Working in an administrative capacity more recently with a focus on compliance, she believes that strong communication skills are the foundation of excellent client and candidate working relationships.
Even though recruitment never sleeps, outside of the office Kathryn is a lifelong Leeds Utd supporter so is used to handling extreme emotions. She is indebted to LUFC for enabling her resilient nature and optimistic yet realistic outlook on life. She also enjoys long lunches, 9pm dramas and dog walking.
