Valentina joined Hunter in June 2026 as a Compliance Associate, bringing a background in law and dispute resolution. As a Law graduate, she has particular interest in regulation, risk, and due diligence. Valentina supports Hunter’s compliance processes across candidate placements, working closely with candidates, consultants, clients, and external organisations to ensure regulatory and pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and efficiently. Her background has developed her strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail, which she now brings to her work in compliance.
With Cuban and Italian roots, Valentina has a love for different cultures, languages, travel, and of course, good food. Outside of work, she can usually be found planning her next trip, hunting down live music and DJ sets, or heading to a comedy gig with her dad.
