Amy brings experience across recruitment, talent intelligence, healthcare operations and analytical research. In her role within the Development & Capability team, she supports Hunter’s talent strategy and acquisition, coordinating recruitment processes and helping to build strong pipelines for the RTD service line. She also supports the development and ongoing management of consultant capability, alongside the operational coordination that enables consultants and client teams to thrive.
Outside of work, Amy can usually be found taking a long walk across London in search of the city’s best matcha latte, convincing herself she could make it onto the next series of Bake Off, or at reformer pilates. If she isn’t doing any of those, she’s probably checking her watch to see how many steps she has left to hit 10,000.
