Clare works within Hunter Healthcare’s Digital Solutions and AI Advisory practice, advising NHS and healthcare organisations on how AI and Automation can be applied to improve productivity, performance and patient outcomes.
With almost 20 years’ experience across the NHS, healthcare consulting, digital health and commercial leadership, she has built a strong track record in supporting organisations to design and scale technology-enabled ways of working that deliver measurable performance and productivity impact.
Clare specialises in bridging the gap between innovation and operational reality. She works with executive, clinical and operational leaders to understand exactly where services are under pressure, validate where AI and automation can genuinely add value, and build the organisation-level capability, confidence and engagement needed to make change sustainable.
Her particular areas of focus include cancer services, productivity improvement and workforce development. She believes that rather than a bolt-on technology, AI should be recognised as an integrated enabler of future, best practice workflow design; that ultimately improves access, staff experience, and delivers continuous improvements in patient outcomes.
