Jennifer is an experienced leader in health system design, funding policy and international service transformation; she partners with providers to improve quality and productivity through benchmarking, peer collaboration and the effective use of data.
Prior to joining Hunter, Jennifer served as General Manager UK & Europe and Head of International Advisory at Beamtree, establishing the company’s first international office, leading its expansion across the UK and Middle East, and driving international thought leadership through its Global Impact Committee. As Executive Director at Australia’s Independent Hospital Pricing Authority, she directed national hospital funding frameworks and integrated safety and quality measures into funding models used across the country.
Jennifer has also held senior policy advisory roles with Australian and UK governments, and has worked with health systems around the world supporting payers and providers to improve quality and value.
