Louise joined Hunter in February 2026 with over eight years’ experience in digital product development, operations, and service delivery. Having worked within the NHS – including in the NHS England Private Office, supporting senior leaders – she brings a firsthand understanding of the challenges hospitals and health systems navigate, insight she now puts to work in BEACON.
As Operations Lead for BEACON, Louise works closely with members and partners to ensure they gain maximum value from the programme, delivering an outstanding experience from onboarding through to ongoing engagement. She is passionate about building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and helping organisations achieve meaningful outcomes.
Outside of work, Louise enjoys cold water swimming and embracing the benefits of the great outdoors.
