Lucy joined Hunter in 2026 to head up the new Data & Insights Business Unit, working with Healthcare Providers to assure, access and interpret their data, enabling informed decision making across their organisations. Lucy brings with her years of experience leading Data, Information and BI teams at various NHS Trusts including Great Ormond Street, as well as Guy’s and St Thomas’s and King’s College Hospitals, where she acted as Head of Programmes for Data on their joint EPR Programme, managing data migration in addition to warehousing and reporting. Immediately prior to joining Hunter, Lucy then spent 2 years leading Data Services at a small healthcare consultancy, delivering those services to Trusts across the country as well as acting as part of the team delivering NHS England’s FDSO offer.
Splitting her time between Hunter’s London and Bristol Offices, Lucy gets the best of both worlds when it comes to her favourite pastime (wandering around Art Galleries) as well as spending time with family and friends.
