Maddy joined Hunter’s RTD team, supporting the implementation of EPR systems across large hospital organisations. She specialises in pathology workflow optimisation and brings extensive professional experience across both primary and secondary healthcare, spanning administrative, people-focussed and operational roles.
Maddy has a BSC in Philosophy and Politics, which has developed her strong critical-thinking and analytical skills. Combined with her healthcare experience, this gives her a broad understanding of the NHS and the wider challenges facing healthcare both in the UK and globally.
Outside of work, Maddy is passionate about sport and fitness, philosophy and good food.
