Sophie joined Hunter in 2023, driven bya mission to launch and grow our interim Biotechnology business across Europe. Before joining Hunter Sophie discovered her passion and aptitude for this sector in one of the world’s largest recruitment firms, where she spent four years exceeding targets and scaling a team. An extrovert by nature, Sophie prides herself on her customer service acumen and cites relationship building as her greatest strength.
In her spare time Sophie’s passions lie in travelling (36 countries at the last count!), creative writing and reading modern-takes on Greek mythology.
