Steph joined the team in late 2023 & is responsible for owning our entire talent pathway from attraction, hiring and onboarding as well as creating and delivering training across the business, from graduate level to our senior leadership team. Steph has “been there and done it” when it comes to recruitment having run a successful temp desk, managed large teams and more latterly developed & managed a Graduate training programme in a global search business.
Outside of work, Steph’s weekends are taken up by playing football for Collingham Women’s FC or long dog walks with Duke, her Working Cocker Spaniel.
