Ellie joined Hunter in 2025 as an Associate Relationship Manager within the Digital Solutions team, following her move from Sydney to London. She focuses on supporting NHS organisations in building high-performing digital teams that drive meaningful transformation, ranging from EPR and clinical systems programmes to broader digital and data initiatives. With a degree in Psychology and a particular interest in Organisational Psychology, Ellie partners with trusts and integrated care boards to deliver the talent needed for complex digital projects, helping to improve outcomes across the health system.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys staying active through Pilates and hiking, and was previously a competitive dancer for 13 years. Having grown up in Australia and now living in London, she enjoys travelling and makes the most of the UK’s proximity to Europe whenever she gets the opportunity.
