Hugo joined Hunter in 2021, following two-and-a-half years on the graduate schemes of one the world’s leading recruitment firms. Hugo’s remit was to establish and grow Hunter’s services in HR, Workforce, and OD. Having established himself as one of the NHS’s leading consultants in the interim space, Hugo has been responsible for expanding our offering into delivering complex change programmes such as mergers, integrations, restructures, new operating models, and temporary staffing optimisation cost improvement programmes.
Outside of work Hugo is an avid gamer (League of Legends), motorcyclist (currently driving a Royal Enfield Interceptor), and walking his greyhound (Otto).
