Isobel (Izzie) joined Hunter in June 2020 as a Resourcer, following a background in Fashion and Retail recruitment. She now leads on our Medical offering, supporting the recruitment of FY2s through to Clinical Directors across the UK. Her focus is on efficiency and sustainability, helping to reduce persistent rota gaps and locum spend within the NHS.
In addition to her work with NHS Trusts, Isobel partners with a growing number of SME healthcare organisations, both privately owned and PE backed, helping them scale through strategic medical recruitment.
She has successfully delivered both multi-project campaigns and highly specialised searches.
Outside of work, Isobel enjoys travelling, eating out, and dragging herself to early-morning (heated) outdoor swims.
