James began his recruitment career in 2005 and spent over 15 years at a large recruitment business, providing top talent to the NHS. Having led on the recruitment of key senior appointments across Trusts and ICBs, he has a thorough understanding of regional health systems and national policy. He is known for his extensive and far-reaching network; a network that recognises him for his integrity, candidate care, market knowledge and market intelligence. James joined our Executive Search team in 2023, specialising in the appointment of Chairs, Non-Executive Directors and Executive Directors.
