We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Director of Children’s Services to lead and inspire our general paediatrics, paediatrics emergency medicine and neonatal teams. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of children’s services across both hospital sites. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care for our young patients, driving innovation and improvement in clinical practices. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the future of paediatric and neonatal services at BHRUT, enhancing patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and dynamic clinical leader with a proven track record in general paediatrics, paediatric emergency medicine or neonatology. You will possess strong strategic vision and the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective relationships with staff, patients, and external stakeholders. A commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for delivering the highest standards of care are essential for this role.
