I have worked with Rhiannon and her team at Hunter Healthcare over the past six years both as Chair of South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust and as Chair of Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. She has assisted me in the recruitment of four Non-Executive Director appointments, one of which was a Chair of Audit role and two of which were for a financially qualified Non-Executive Director to sit on a Finance and Investment Committee. Hunter Healthcare were the search partner for my first CEO role. As an internal candidate, I knew the organisation well, but they brought insights and perspectives that allowed me to really get to know the trust through the lens of a prospective CEO candidate.
