We are, quite rightly, constantly challenged to produce diverse candidate pools. EDIfy sets out how we will search where other recruitment companies don’t search, help candidates see their own value, and encourage and support them through selection processes and beyond.

EDIfy sets out the range of ways in which we will help our clients and the healthcare sector generally to achieve their own equality, diversity and inclusion agendas, whether through individual recruitment campaigns or through our ground-breaking thought leadership work, such as our current project with the Disabled NHS Directors Network, which is looking at the experience of disabled non-executive directors in the NHS.
