We are now seeking an exceptional Chief Executive to lead our organisation through the next phase of its development – from recovery to renewal.

You will bring a strong track record of improvement in complex healthcare environments, combining strategic vision with operational grip, financial discipline and personal authenticity. You will lead through collaboration – with our Board, our clinical and operational leaders, and our partners across the Surrey & Sussex Integrated Care System and beyond.

This is a demanding but hugely rewarding role. You will inherit a Trust with deep strengths – committed staff, areas of clinical excellence, and strong academic and community partnerships – and lead the delivery of consistent, high-quality care for every patient, every day.
