We have an extremely exciting opportunity to join our Trust as Chief Nursing Officer. We are seeking a Chief Nursing Officer with the right values, commitment and energy to deliver our clinical strategy and ensure we deliver high-quality, safe and sustainable services to the communities we serve. This is a fantastic time to join us in our journey as we near completion of two key developments that will benefit our patients in North West Surrey and beyond.

The Chief Nursing Officer post is a key member of our Trust Board, providing clinical and strategic leadership in the development of Nursing, Midwifery and AHP standards.  We are proud to be regarded as ‘Good’ by the CQC and our Chief Nursing Officer will ensure that we deliver excellence in patient care so that all patients, their relatives and carers have a positive experience when accessing and receiving services at our Trust. Our vision is to provide outstanding experience and outcomes for patients and the team, and our future Chief Nursing Officer will ensure this is at the forefront of all strategic development and improvement.

As a member of our Board, the Chief Nursing Officer will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer to provide strong, visible and professional leadership and ensure that patient safety and the delivery of high-quality care remain central to our strategic direction and decision-making.  Our Chief Nursing Officer will celebrate and embrace the richness of our diverse workforce and act as our patient champion, supporting us to develop and implement our ‘Together We Care Strategy’.
