Chief Nursing Officer – NHS South East London ICB

We have an extremely exciting opportunity to join our system as Chief Nursing Officer. Our Integrated Care System (ICS) brings together the health and care partners that serve our vibrant and highly diverse populations residing in the London boroughs of Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark – our Places. The Chief Nursing Officer role is a key member of our Board, providing clinical and strategic leadership in the development of Nursing standards across our health and care system. The Chief Nursing Officer is accountable for all matters, statutory and non-statutory, relating to our nursing, midwifery and ahp workforce, responsible for safeguarding, quality improvement, control and assurance of the ICB.

They will provide strong and effective clinical leadership as a key member of our Executive team, ensuring that patient safety and the delivery of high-quality care remain central to our strategic direction and decision making. Our future Chief Nursing Officer will celebrate the richness of our workforce and populations, supporting us to develop and implement our strategic priorities.
