Your Role
As Chief People Officer, reporting directly to the Chief Executive and serving as a voting member of the Board, you’ll lead the development and implementation of a people strategy that delivers our People Promise and builds a compassionate, inclusive culture.You’ll drive efforts to:

Attract, develop, and retain an agile, values-driven workforce.

Lead cultural transformation through engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.

Deliver the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan at a local level.

Shape workforce transformation through system-wide collaboration across Devon.
About You
