The Company
Hunter Healthcare was founded in 2011 with a vision to develop a partnership driven search and consultancy model that serves healthcare organizations globally. Offering a single-source solution for healthcare executives, investors, and managers to become more efficient and purposeful as they look to deliver business critical recruitment.
In October 2021, Hunter Healthcare took a Private Equity Investment with a London based PE firm, Agathos Management to support Hunter Healthcare’s continued growth and professionalization. We are on track for headcount growth so far during 2023 and have set up offices internationally in Boston & New York.
Why Hunter?
Our niche is healthcare, which means we are well aligned to our sector and have a genuine USP in the fact that we have become the leading provider of senior management and specialist resourcing, exclusively focused in the healthcare market. We seek to understand the values and priorities of our clients when seeking a search partner to work with, and most importantly, what is missing from the current supply chain.
With strong relationships at Board level in our sector, our growth strategy is to leverage this network and develop our businesses within the key specialist professional services markets that we service below Board level. This foundation is the perfect platform for established recruiters with leadership qualities to progress their career through growing a business within our business.
