  • A technology led digital environment
  • Net zero carbon infrastructure
  • A great local environment to live, work and learn in a sustainable local community

Against this backdrop, there is no better time to join us.

Our Director of Capital Delivery is a key member of the Redevelopment senior leadership team and will be pivotal in achieving our strategic ambitions. The incumbent will hold responsibility for providing effective leadership, direction and delivery of project management services and resources, and the management of associated processes, procedures and reporting. The postholder will also be responsible for our redevelopments meeting the New Hospital Programme net zero carbon commitments and for developing and delivering the redevelopment digital strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and delivering our spaces and services. The ideal candidate will have a demonstratable track record in delivering complex capital projects with extensive knowledge of healthcare design, estates, and property construction. You will have an ability to develop effective relationships at an executive level and with a wide range of external stakeholders, and influence, inspire and unify those along the journey.
