We’re seeking a visionary leader to join us as Director of Clinical Governance & Quality, a pivotal role where your passion and drive will help shape the future of healthcare delivery. Working closely with our Chief Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in achieving our corporate, operational, and clinical objectives, all while championing the highest standards of quality and service delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Play a pivotal role in assuring the highest standards of clinical governance and quality within the organisation
  • Lead and manage clinical governance initiatives to embed and enhance service delivery across all departments.
  • Drive continuous improvement in clinical governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support and foster professional development, empowering teams to excel in the delivery of the clinical governance agenda
  • Deputise for the Chief Nurse as needed, representing our commitment to excellence in clinical governance and quality.

Ideal candidate:

We are looking to speak with senior nursing leaders with a passion for  delivering  change to drive improvement and embed excellence in service delivery. You will have significant experience of motivating and leading teams and role model our values in all you do, working in a fast paced rapidly changing environment.
