This Digital Health Consulting Practice provides fully managed service offerings within three core areas:
- Digital Advisory Services – EPR Strategy Development, Business Case Development and Procurement Support
- EPR solution deployment – either complete or by defined workstream
- EPR and broader digital support packages – post go live support for upgrades
We have designed and delivered complementary support offerings for healthcare providers that allow maximum flexibility and achievement of outcomes, whilst ensuring cost effectiveness. We facilitate this via a core team of largely employed industry leading experts that provide our clients a consistency of resources as they advance their digital journeys. This service will contribute to the successful delivery of greater digital maturity for our customers as well as supporting the government’s ambitious target to have fully digitised health records.
We’re system agnostic and not affiliated to any EPR or clinical system, instead, we have a network that can provide specialist system knowledge depending on the specific needs of an organisation. Working with you in a long-term partnership, we’ll not only ensure successful delivery, but effective change management and implementation post deployment.
