Richard joined Hunter as a Non-Executive Director in early 2022. He is highly experienced in the Executive Search, recruitment, talent and consulting sectors. Prior to joining Hunter, Richard was a co-founder and board member of a Global Life Sciences Executive search and recruitment business. In this capacity, Richard played a significant part in supporting, defining and executing the global growth strategy of the business, ultimately leading to its acquisition.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family as well as following and getting involved with a range of sports whenever time allows. He has recently become Chair of an early stage charitable sporting foundation that serves young people across the whole of Wales.
