Damian joined Hunter in its first year, coming with experience of leading several successful non-healthcare businesses at a large corporate recruiter. He shares Ben’s global vision to grow a company that operates across the whole health ecosystem and is renowned for its high performance standards and its values driven business model and culture. He oversees Hunter’s strategic growth projects and product diversification. This includes leading on designing and rolling out our people-based service solutions, such as developing our consultancy offer and supporting further internationalisation.
Outside of work, Damian focuses on his young family, but is still finding time to learn to play the drums and to cling on to his football career, whilst during the winter months he will often be found in the mountains riding powder on his snowboard.
