David joined Hunter as an Associate Partner in 2019, having previously been a Director at recruitment start-up. His goal: to establish a market leading Sub-Board permanent practice by engaging with potential healthcare leaders earlier in their career. Not satisfied with this alone David has been also responsible for constructing a Mega Deal, which saw 85 interims placed over the last three years with a single client.
