Isabella began her career in Cape Town as a researcher within a corporate intelligence and cyber security consultancy, supporting investigative and analytical work focused on geopolitical risk, corporate due diligence and strategic intelligence. Alongside this professional experience, she completed an MSc in Applied Infectious Disease Epidemiology in the UK, building on her earlier academic experience in South Africa. Her work reflects a multidisciplinary perspective, combining political analysis, intelligence research and epidemiology to understand how policy, health systems and data shape public health outcomes. Isabella is eager to apply her unique skillset to the Digital Solutions team and contribute to the further growth of RTD.
Outside of work, Isabella enjoys long-distance running and yoga, and she is an enthusiastic theatre goer who rarely misses the opportunity to see a West End show. She also enjoys travelling, particularly for safari and beach holidays!
