Oyinda joined Hunter in 2025. Prior to joining Hunter, she worked as a Project Manager and Change and Transformation Lead across various NHS trusts. In these roles, she successfully supported organisations in designing and implementing digital, operational, and clinical transformation initiatives aimed at improving productivity and efficiency, enhancing patient outcomes and experience, and supporting partnership-wide collaboration. She also led adoption and change management activities while helping trusts deliver financial sustainability and cost improvement programmes.
Outside of work, Oyinda enjoys travelling to experience new cultures, exploring creative outlets, and learning new things.
