Pauline joined Hunter Healthcare in August 2022. She has a wealth of experience in the recruitment and consultancy sectors. Pauline joined the team at Hunter because of its commitment to a values driven culture and belief in cultivating long term, strategic client relationships. As part of the leadership team, Pauline’s role is to work with the business in delivering operational excellence in our relationships with our staff, clients and consultants to complement Ben’s global vision. Her particular focus is developing a robust, scalable financial infrastructure for the business to deliver performance and support growth in the UK and abroad.
