Since our launch in 2013, we’ve enshrined this customer insight at the heart of everything we do. In a sector driven by innovation yet often held back by outdated approaches, we saw an opportunity to do things differently. Hunter Life Science Board Search was established not just to fill roles, but to redefine how talent is identified, assessed, and connected across the life sciences.
Thinking about healthcare holistically, Hunter Life Science was a natural extension to the values-led Healthcare business we formed. In 2017, we created Hunter Life Science Board Search with the intention of disrupting the talent market and partnering with people throughout their journey.
Assessing the landscape, it became clear other businesses were either technologically broad with a focus on seniority or technologically focused but lacking in customer service. This left a white space in the market, a space for Hunter to own.
