Lillie joined Hunter in January 2023 to spearhead the launch of our US MedTech Interim practice, with the mission of pushing us forward to become the partner of choice to the MedTech ecosystem. With a focus on integrity, accountability, and excellence, Lillie is committed to elevating the industry standard. Drawing from her background as a professional athlete and decade of experience with global recruitment firms, she has built record-breaking teams on both sides of the Atlantic. Lillie has a passion for the MedTech space and is excited about scaling our team of like-minded people across the US and amplifying our collective impact.
Outside of being a nerd about MedTech Lillie is busy exploring NYC’s restaurant scene, traveling with her partner, enjoying recreational football or immersing herself in real estate podcasts.
