Spenser joined Hunter in early spring of 2023 as our fourth New York office employee. Spenser was hired to carve out the Human Factors, Usability, UX/UI and User-Centred Design division for the US. Prior to Hunter, Spenser ran the Product Development desk at a large, global recruitment agency. Spenser quickly transitioned from consumer goods to medical devices, and has successfully built out her network within her niche area of the industry. Her mission to understand the challenges that face this market, learn from the experts, and provide consultative solutions is her key to becoming the go-to recruitment partner for this unique market.
Outside of work, Spenser is a self-proclaimed professional chef, podcast enthusiast, and a (relatively) consistent gym-goer.
