Caitlyn joined Hunter Healthcare in 2025 as part of the expansion within the Biotech team. She brings over two years of specialist recruitment experience across the biotech sector, with a particular focus on Quality Assurance.
Caitlyn partners with innovative biotech organisations and CDMOs to support the build-out of their leadership teams across Quality, Regulatory and Operations functions. She specialises in senior appointments from Director through to C-Suite level, working with high-growth companies across both Europe and the United States. With a strong understanding of the regulatory and operational challenges faced by emerging and scaling biotech businesses, Caitlyn takes a consultative approach to search, helping clients identify leaders who can drive both compliance and organisational growth.
Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys staying active and regularly attends Pilates and other fitness classes.
