Charlotte joined Hunter in 2024, bringing with her extensive experience in the commissioning and transformation of services within the NHS, where she successfully appointed senior managers to drive impactful change. Now leading our interim division for HR, Workforce, and OD, Charlotte has already made significant placements, from HR Business Partners to Chief People Officers. Alongside this she supports organisations with employee relations and workforce diagnostic reviews, delivering our tailored consultancy solutions.
Before her career in recruitment, Charlotte trained and made a career as a professional dancer, allowing her to travel the world and now continuing her passion through regularly going to the theatre!
