Isobel (Izzie) leads Hunter’s medical search offering, partnering with large and boutique healthcare organisations to recruit clinicians across acute, community and mental health settings. Since joining the firm in 2020, she has managed extensive campaigns and specialist searches, including the international recruitment of clinicians for hard-to-fill roles. Her broad market insight and hands-on approach enable providers to secure the medical talent needed to deliver sustainable services.
Outside of work, Isobel enjoys travelling, eating out, and dragging herself to early-morning (heated) outdoor swims.
