As an experienced recruiter across contingent and executive search, Samm joined Hunter in January 2026 to expand the Commercial MedTech market.
After graduating from the University of Oklahoma, she spent three years travelling across Australia and Southeast Asia before beginning her corporate career. Upon returning to the US, Samm found her passion for healthcare recruitment—partnering with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies to deliver talent across medical affairs, evidence generation, and commercial functions.
Following five successful years focused on the US market, Samm relocated to London to specialise in global executive search within MedTech. With a proven track record in placing VP, C-suite, and board-level leaders, she now brings her expertise to strengthen Hunter’s partnerships across start-ups, challenger brands, and established corporations.
