Steve joined Hunter in 2025, bringing extensive experience in managing healthcare teams. As Head of Data, he leads our Analytics and Insights function, driving the growth of recruitment and consulting services across the sector. He works closely with healthcare organisations to understand evolving needs and deliver the talent and insight needed to tackle complex challenges. From workforce strategy to niche hires and career support, Steve is passionate about using data to drive meaningful change in healthcare.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys playing golf, cycling and supporting the mighty Exeter Chiefs! He’s also an avid DIY enthusiast and regularly takes on home improvement projects during the weekend.
